The application form collects only the information needed to respond and assess cooperative onboarding.
Data collected
First name, last name, role, organisation, city, unit count, work email, optional phone, selected modules, comment, and contact language.
Purpose
To confirm receipt, contact the applicant, and maintain a verifiable history of the onboarding process.
Control
Form values are not sent to analytics. Retention and controller roles will be approved before production. Data requests will use the published privacy contact.
